Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Barnet and Southgate College should have responded by now (details). The person who made the request can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Nikita Child,

We write on behalf of Barnet and Southgate College in regard to your
recent freedom of information request.

With respect to submitting Freedom of Information requests you are
required to correctly identify yourself which includes whether you are
acting on behalf of an organisation.

Given the nature of your request please may we ask that you confirm
whether your two requests for information have been submitted on behalf of
a company/organisation as we note that there is a recruitment consultant
working for a large company with the name you have given.

Your prompt response is greatly appreciated.

Harry Dowling did not respond and I suspect Nikita Child will not either
(probably because they are both from a different recruitment agent trying
to drop the other recruitment agents in the mire).

We do not want to provide any supplier names going forward for any FOI
requests as we have been subject to a cyber attack and have a legitimate
interest to not provide names of our suppliers.
