Reviewed yearly. Audits completed quarterly on the agency staff working into the Trust. The Trust preference is to utilise a small number of suppliers to obtain best value and manage quality - we keep the supply base under constant review dependant on supplier performance.
Recruitment and Retention of staff is a key piece of work that is developing within the trust

4. From March 2022 to June 2022, which clinical areas have you requested for shifts for off-framework agencies (Adult Nursing, Mental Health, Community Hospitals)? [Please break down numbered shift requests for each area.]

Acute Nursing - Not applicable
Mental Health - 218 shifts
Community Hospitals - No off-framework shifts
