Dear Ellie

 

Further to your Freedom of Information Request of 6 July 2020, we can
confirm that we hold the information you requested but are unable to
provide in full.

 

We have assessed the content against the Freedom of Information Act, the
General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act
2018 and have concluded that we are unable to release the information in
full under Section 43(2) of the Freedom of Information Act –Prejudice to
commercial interests.

 

Section 43(2) exempts information whose disclosure would, or would be
likely to, prejudice the commercial interests of any person (an
individual, a company, the public authority itself or any other legal
entity). We believe that disclosing this information would be likely to
prejudice our commercial interests. We have also concluded that suppliers
may not expect this information to be disclosed.

 

We have applied the public interest test and concluded that in this
instance we do not believe it is in the public interest to disclose all
the information you requested relating to specific contracts.

We have concluded that it is in the public interest to disclose our total
spend on recruitment and can confirm as follows:
