Dear Highland Council,

Can you please advise of the total spend on temporary and contract workers employed or via recruitment agencies at NHS Highland for 2012. Can you break this spend down into sectors of work i.e. Office, catering, driving, cleaning etc. Can you please advise which agencies are used and how many temporary employees they supply at present? Can you also please advise when and how you review which agencies are used.

I have marked this request as having been withdrawn by the requester. Clarification was sought as to whether the request had been sent to the correct Scottish Public Authority, but the requester hasn't confirmed or denied the position. In view of the length of time that has elapsed since the request was made without any follow-up from the requester, it seems sensible to class it as withdrawn.
