Freedom Of Information Requests, Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust

Dear Carl

Please see below in response to your recent FOI request.

Please can you clarify your total spend on agency staff for the

following professions from period Jan 2010 to the end of Dec 2010

and then seperately Jan 2011 to the end of March 2011:

1 - Social Workers – 2010 - £308k, 2011 - £38k

2 - Substance Misuse Workers/Practitioners (Non Nurse qualified) –
2010 - £0k, 2011 - £0k

3 - Substance Misuse Nurses – 2010 - £375k, 2011 - £19k

4 - CBT Therapists (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) – 2010 - £0k,
2011 - £0k

5 - Mental Health Nurses; CPNs (Community Psychiatric Nurses) –
2010 - £24k, 2011 - £14k

6 - Managers; social work team managers, service managers, project
managers etc. The Trust does not code managers separately. Therefore, a
Nurse Manager, would be contained within nursing or social work, etc.

I hope this answers your FOI. If you are unhappy with the way the Trust
has handled your request, you may ask for an internal review by contacting
the FOI Lead at [1][email address]

If you are not content with the outcome of the internal review, you have
the right to apply directly to the Information Commissioner for a
decision.

The Information Commissioner can be contacted at:
