Request 6:

What was the average hourly charge rate for a Band 5 General Nurse (RGN)
and a Theatre Nurse?

We have withheld the information relating to charge rate. We believe
providing this information would prejudice the commercial interest of the
Trust and suppliers. There is potential for competing suppliers to work
out the price structure it is charging thereby potentially any future
price competition may be tainted resulting in less competitive prices for
Whittington. We consider that Section 43 (2) ‘prejudice to the commercial
interests of any party’ of The FOI act is engaged.
