Between April 2023 and March 2024, please confirm:

 

1. How many shifts were sent out to agencies (per month) for Band 5
Registered Nurses and Band 2 staff?

2. How many shifts were sent out to agencies (per month) for Theatre
Nurses?

3. How many of these shifts were filled (per month?. Please can this be
broken down per agency?

4. (Where there is a Tiered structure of agency suppliers) Please can you
confirm how many shifts per month were filled by each ‘Tier’ of supplier?

 

The Trust is currently unable to answer the 4 questions above

 

 

5. What was the trust spend on Agency Nursing (per month), for each agency
supplier?

 

Monthly totals shown but not by provider which the Trust considers to be
commercially sensitive
