Between April 2023 and March 2024, please confirm:
1. How many shifts were sent out to agencies (per month) for Band 5 Registered Nurses and Band 2 staff?
2. How many shifts were sent out to agencies (per month) for Theatre Nurses?
3. How many of these shifts were filled (per month?. Please can this be broken down per agency?
4. (Where there is a Tiered structure of agency suppliers) Please can you confirm how many shifts per month were filled by each ‘Tier’ of supplier?
5. What was the trust spend on Agency Nursing (per month), for each agency supplier?
6. What was the average hourly charge rate for a Band 5 General Nurse (RGN) and a Theatre Nurse?
7. The total off-framework spend (per month)?
