5.        What was the trust spend on Agency Nursing (per month), for each
agency supplier?

Please note that March 2024 data is not yet available.

6.        What was the average hourly charge rate for a

 a. Band 5 General Nurse (RGN)

and a

 b. Theatre Nurse?

            Question 6a & b

The trust considers this information exempt from disclosure under Freedom
of Information Act 2000, Section 43(2) (Commercial Interests). Releasing
charge rates would adversely affect the commercial interests of the
trust. Disclosure of this information could distort competition between
other providers and result in less competitive rate quotes. The likely
consequence of this would be an increased cost to the NHS. We have
considered how the public interest might apply, and although recognising
that there is a strong public interest in openness, there is a greater
public interest in ensuring an ability to obtain best value for money.

7.      The total off-framework spend (per month)?

          None
