1. Please confirm how many shifts were sent out for agencies to fill (per month), for Band 5 and Band 2 (nursing staff) between July 2022 and June 2023?
2. Please confirm how many of these shifts were filled by agencies per month for the same timespan as detailed in Q1. (Please can this be broken down per agency)
3. Where there is a Tiered structure of agency suppliers, please can you confirm how many shifts per month were filled by each ‘Tier’ of supplier used.
4. Between July 2022 and June 2023, what was the trust spend per month, for each agency supplier?
5. Please confirm the average charge rate across this 12 month period for a Band 5 General nurse.
6. Please confirm Total off-framework spend across the period July 2022 to June 2023. Can this also be broken down per month.

prejudice or would likely to prejudice the Trust's commercial interests.

used.  - The Trust can advise to provide the information by agency
supplier would prejudice or would likely to prejudice the Trust's
commercial interests and Trust Strategy with regards to agency tier usage.

4. Between July 2022 and June 2023, what was the trust spend per month,
for each agency supplier? - 11,405,000 The Trust can advise to provide the
information by agency supplier would prejudice or would likely to
prejudice the Trust's commercial interests. Please see the applied
Exemption under section 43(2) below.

5. Please confirm the average charge rate across this 12 month period for
a Band 5 General nurse. - £40.86

6. Please confirm Total off-framework spend across the period July 2022 to
June 2023. Can this also be broken down per month. - 249,000.00

Q2, Q3 and Q4 - The Trust has applied the exemption section 43(2) of the
FOIA because disclosure would be likely to prejudice the commercial
interest of the Trust, in applying the exemption the Trust has had to
balance the public interest in withholding the information against the
public interest in disclosure and there is a public interest in
withholding this information as its release would potentially have
detrimental consequences for both the Trust and the agencies it negotiates
with and may put the Trust at a competitive disadvantage for future
