3) What is the total Framework Agency spend for HCA’s from 1st April 2022 to 31st March 2023? Please provide a breakdown of spend, per specialty*, and by each recruitment agency (by company name).

I write further to your Freedom of Information request, as set out below. Please see our attached responses.
Please note we are not able to provide total spend and hours worked because this enables an approximate hourly rate to be calculated, which we consider to be information specific to the contracts with our existing commercial partners, which is commercially sensitive and therefore exempt from disclosure under s.43(2) FOIA 2000. The Trust believes that releasing this information has the potential to prejudice the commercial relationships of the Trust, its existing and potential future commercial partners by harming relationships between them, increasing costs charged to the Trust and providing an unfair advantage to those in possession of this information within a competitive market.
