Affordable housing contributions

We're waiting for Luke Chafer to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear information team,

I would like to make a freedom of information request for the following information in relation to affordable housing contributions under section 106 and community infrastructure levies.

I would like to a list of all developments from 2019 that have agreed on a affordable housing contribution or CIL. I would like the application number, the date, the amount agreed and the amount received.

I would also like to know the councils policy on collecting such payments.

Answer - At the present time, this Authority has not adopted CIL and
therefore we have no information to provide.

 

Details of Affordable Housing Contributions since 2019 are listed below.
The collected amounts include indexation where applicable. Details of the
amount secured prior to indexation can be found by reviewing the original

Answer - The policy on collecting these payments is to monitor the
progression of the development and issue a demand notice for the amount
due, including indexation where applicable, when a trigger point is
reached.
