Dear Mr Chafer,

We refer to previous correspondence regarding your request for information
relating to: Affordable housing contributions.

The information is given below:

North Kesteven District Council publish the Infrastructure Funding
Statement yearly on our website which holds information regarding the
collection and delivery of S106 contributions, alongside this the CIL
monies collected. The website also holds the criteria in which we collect
CIL money, and the Local Plan holds the policies with the criteria when
affordable housing would be required.
