Affordable housing contribution usage

We're waiting for Luke Chafer to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Freedom of Information team,

I would like to make a request under the freedom of information act.

I would like the following information.

- I would like to know how much money the council has collected in affordable housing contributions under section 106 or community infrastructure levies in the years: 2023,2022,2021,2020.
- I would like to know for the same years how much of the money was spent.
- I would also like a list of the projects that the money was spent on.

I refer to your request to the council received on 17/04/2024 for the
following:

I would like to make a request under the freedom of information act. I
would like the following information. - I would like to know how much
money the council has collected in affordable housing contributions under
section 106 or community infrastructure levies in the years:
2023,2022,2021,2020. - I would like to know for the same years how much of
the money was spent. - I would also like a list of the projects that the
money was spent on. .

We will respond to your request in accordance with the Freedom of
Information Act 2000, within 20 working days, from the day after your
request was received. We will therefore aim to respond to your request by
16/05/2024.

2023/24 Up To 31/12/23: £143,042.51

 

I would also like a list of the projects that the money was spent on.

-Council House Growth Programme - Right Of First Refusal for recycling of
empty properties;

-Windlesford Green, Homsley Lane, Rothwell;

-Council House Growth Programme - Right Of First Refusal for recycling of

I trust that this response is satisfactory. If however you are
dissatisfied with this response you have a right to appeal to an
independent officer within the council. They will re-examine your request
and assess whether we have adhered to the requirements of the act. Should
you wish to follow this course of action please address your concerns in

to ask the Information Commissioner to decide whether we have met with our
obligations under the act.  The Commissioner has however made it clear
