Our response
Please see attached the original letter that was sent to Southern Housing,
requesting data regarding their Affordable housing stock within Southwark.
The data later received from Southern Housing has been disaggregated and
posted on the Council website (link below)
[1]https://app.powerbi.com/view?r=eyJrIjoiN...
Please note that Southern Housing did not provide any response to our 2022
audit. The Planning Policy Team are currently in the process of conducting
our audit for the 2023 cycle and will update the website link once the new
data has been received from all related Registered Providers
In addition, Southern Housing did not submit information for the following
schemes and as a result the Planning Policy looked further into each of
the schemes and found the following;
· 02/AP/0168 – Enforcement case was opened, investigating the
affordable housing provision on site. Land registry details indicated that
Southern Housing own the Affordable housing units.
· 03/AP/0878 – Southern Housing did not provide a response to
this scheme. Land Registry shows correct number of affordable housing
units has been secured.
· 09/AP/2003 – Enforcement case was opened however correct
number of social rent units have been secured.
· 13/AP/1738 – Southern Housing have stated that they do not
own these shared ownership units and so have been possibly bought out.

Directive) Regulations 2003 Southwark Council ask not to receive
unsolicited marketing communications.

Dear Ms Plewniak,
Thank you for the information but my request was for "all communications between yourselves and Southern Housing Group relating" to the audit.
Instead you have provided just one letter from yourselves to SHG requesting information about its affordable housing provision.
Please provide me with a copy of SHG's response to your (12th March 2021) letter as well as any other communications relating to the audit.
Yours sincerely,
Jerry Flynn
Dear Mr Flynn,
I have requested that the relevant business units to conduct another search for the requested correspondence in response to both of your enquires, but my initial understanding was that nothing further was held. However, I will update you as soon as I hear from them again.
