I refer to your request for information which was dealt with in terms of
the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004.
Please see below information in fulfilment of your request.
1. Please see the Local Development Plan Supplementary Guidance which
provides details of the Council’s affordable housing planning policy.

On the basis that this information is otherwise accessible, your request
is refused under Regulation 6(1)(b) of the EIRs.
The Council transferred its housing stock to Argyll Community Housing
Association in 2006 and does not provide affordable housing. Therefore the
remainder of the questions do not apply, and I have to advise your request
is refused under Regulation 10(4)(a) of the EIRs.
However, in line with the duty placed on the Council in terms of
Regulation 9 of the EIR’s, I can advise that the following link points to
the Council Housing web page which provides a link to the Strategic
Housing Investment Plan, the Local Housing Strategy and Annual Updates
which will provide information regarding your questions:

If you are dissatisfied with the way in which your request for information
