Mayor of London, Greater London Authority

Dear Ms Gniewosz

Thank you for your further request for information. The Environmental
Information Regulations 2004 (Regulation 7(1)(3)) allows public
authorities to extend the period for responding to requests under the Act
if the information requested is complex in nature. I am writing to inform
you that it will be necessary to extend the time limit to respond to your
request beyond 20 working days in this case. We expect to have made a
decision on this matter by 3 November 2017, though if we are able to make
a decision before then, we will contact you sooner.

Yours sincerely

Gerlinde Gniewosz

Dear Greater London Authority,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Greater London Authority's handling of my FOI request 'Affordable Homes Funding'.

In your response dated 26 October 2017, you wrote "It should also be noted that the Council has not yet entered into a legal agreement with the GLA to deliver these schemes." Could you please confirm which estates were included in "these schemes"? The reason I ask is that a recent FOI states that Lambeth council had already signed contracts with the GLA in September 2017.

I would also like to request a full internal review of the request. Given that all the contracts have now been signed, then there is no further commercial sensitivity in the data. Furthermore, under the Clyne decision, any cost data will be dreadfully out of date by the time Lambeth goes to tender for any of the development costs and thus the public interest in social housing outweighs the claim for commercial sensitivity of data.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/a...

Yours faithfully,

Gerlinde Gniewosz
