Affordable Dwellings Ballards Walk and Dry Street

The request was successful.

Dear Basildon District Council,

Please could you let me know how many affordable dwellings are to be gifted to the council at the new development of 135 homes at Ballards Walk. What is the breakdown of this number in terms of number of bedrooms? I.e. how many homes of two bedrooms, three bedrooms etc.

Please could you also answer the same questions for the development of 725 homes on land off Dry Street.

Yours faithfully,

Philip Gibbs
