(AEHEP) Elective Home Education policy and process

Staffordshire County Council did not have the information requested.

Dear Staffordshire County Council,

I understand that local authority officers responsible for Elective Home Education have been provided a guidance document by the Association of Elective Home Education Professionals (AEHEP) to use as part of their work with parents electively home educating their children.

If local authority officers are, in fact, using this document as part of the local authorities Elective Home Education policy and process, would you provide me with minutes of meetings where this document has been scrutinised and agreed by committee.

Would you please provide me with a copy of the AEHEP guidance being used by local authority officers responsible for Elective Home Education, whether or not the guidance has been approved by local authority committee.

Yours faithfully,

Jane Pointon
