I will do my best to provide the clarifications on the three points you have raised.
1 Yes I do mean the provision of 24 hour Accident and Emergency Services.
2 closures that are currently planned (ie already decided )and any closures that are being considered
at the moment ie (imminent)
3 I would be grateful for any specific recorded information available on this subject.
