Dear Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust,

For patients with the postcode 0X9, please provide the number of A&E attendances at Oxford's John Radcliffe hospital for the following dates:
1) 1st April 2017 - 26th March 2018
2) 1st April 2016 - 26th March 2017
3) 1st April 2015 - 26th March 2016

Of these patients and with the same dates above, please provide the number of patients who were readmitted to hospital within 30 days
