Dear Mr Hafiz

Thank you for your request of 26^th March in which you asked for
information about A&E attendances.

Having looked at your request we are seeking clarification on the points
raised in your request.

Please can you confirm with whether by “readmissions”, you mean patients
re-admitted specifically as an inpatient, or as another ED attendance?

Are do you require returns/readmissions to the JR specifically, or to any
other OUH site?

As advised, we require clarification of the points raised before we can
proceed with completing our response to ensure that we are providing the
appropriate information that you require.

Whilst we are awaiting your clarification, we will place your request “on
hold” until we receive your response. This extends the 20 working day
timescale which will start again once we receive feedback from our
clarification points above. If we do not receive clarification within
three months your request will be considered to have lapsed.

Yours sincerely,

Russell Dean
