1) a break down of performance, on a spreadsheet, each month shown separate the waiting time by patients broken down into the intervals; a)0-4 hours, b)4-6 hours, c) 6-8 hours, d) 8-10 hours, e) 10-12 hours, f) 12-24 hours, g) 24 hours+, f)48 hours +
