This request has been closed to new correspondence from the public body. Contact us if you think it ought be re-opened.

We're waiting for Ian Wolf to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,

Would be grateful if you would email me the Adzuna Find a job service documentation and information of the data processing locations for any and all this service's data and the grades and job titles of DWP and ADzuna staff or anyone else who can access the full data of individual Jobcentre customers who have registered an account with this service and an
overview, samples and screenshots of the usage metrics, audit information and real-time dashboards for the service.

And email information that the Find a job https://findajob.dwp.gov.uk/ site is accessible to everyone who needs it due to the Equality Act 2010 and it meets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) and can work on the most commonly used assistive technologies and user research included people with disabilities as potential jobseeker and employer account users.

DWP ‘Find a job’ is mandatory for claimants?
“DWP staff will not have access to view jobseeker accounts, CVs or activity/application history”
It is unclear whether this just means claimants will be mandated not only to FaJ but other sites, or that a claimant would be able to avoid being mandated to FaJ by registering with and uploading their CV to “other” and “more appropriate” jobsites?

“Find a job or other jobsites
1. As part of making use of the resources available to them to look for work, we can
reasonably expect most claimants to make best use of Find a job or other jobsites.”
