Dear Northern Health and Social Care Trust (Northern Ireland),
1. Which Body is/was funded to carry out advocacy services within the Northern Trust, 2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17 financial years.
2. How much per annum was spent on funding this advocacy service during each of those financial years?
3.Please outline in detail a comprehensive outline of the exact remit of this service.
4. Please clarify if this advocacy service is restrictive to certain types of mental health issues or if it is completely inclusive to all queries about mental health.
5.How does the Northern Trust define 'advocacy' within this service ie what is the paid Body paid to do here.
6. Is the funding jurisdiction only Northern Trust area?

Thanks for your response, however I have found that no 3 and 4 are unsatisfactorily answered.
Please see below. I asked for a comprehensive outline, not a sentence.

Please explain how the service works, how many staff are involved, what Inspire are required to do in detail as opposed to in general, is it advice on the phone, is it accompaniment?

No 4 has not been answered at all.
Is the service equipped for all kinds of MH enquiries? Including for eg schizophrenia, bipolar, all personality disorders? Who are those giving the advice? What is their expertise? Do they advise AND speak for the people asking the advice?

The service commissioned is for the provision of both hospital and community
advocacy services.

mental health issues or if it is completely inclusive to all queries about
mental health.
As stated the service is commissioned for the provision of advocacy services for
mental health service users.
