 1. What are the contractual performance KPI's for this contract?

 2. Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each framework/contract and
were successful & not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages • Actual
spend on this contract/framework (and any sub lots), from the start of
the contract to the current date • Start date & duration of
framework/contract?

 3. Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification
given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?

 4. Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if
so, the duration of the extension?

 5. Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s)
are being either extended or renewed?

 6. Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for
this contract?

Response 

Relative to the above, I am advised of the following:

1.  See attached extract.

2.  One bid was received for the contract – Independent Advocacy Perth &
Kinross.

Start Date:  1 August 2022

Initial contract period:  24 months

£70k for August 2022 to July 2023.  We will be allocating a further £70k
for August 2023 to July 2024.

3.  See attached.

4. Yes, 24 months.

5. No decision has been made and as this is only recently been established
we would review the need for an extension in due course.
