Advice sought to inform decision-making on public access to courts and tribunals
Dear Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service,
Please provide copies of any advice sought by the SCTS to inform its decision-making about granting public access to courts or tribunals in response to the Covid pandemic, including advice from Public Health Scotland and the Scottish Government. Please provide advice sought for the period from 1 September 2021 onwards.

What are the timescales?
If your request is managed under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 we will respond:
* within 20 working days from the first working day after receipt of your request
or
* within 20 working days from the first working day after receipt of your clarification of any specific points.
