Thank you for answering my FOI request with the subject "advice note from Surjit Tour to councillors for Council meeting on 14th March 2016 about constitutional changes".

On the second page of what you supplied in response to that request, in part 10 (Notices of Motion) it states, "Girtrell Court (Conservative Group) (Members are referred to a separate Advice Note circulated by the Head of Legal and Member Services regarding this Notice of Motion).

Please could you class this as a FOI request for the separate Advice Note to councillors referred to above.

It refers to a reference in information previously disclosed in response to an earlier FOI request which is published here https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/3... .

Unfortunately despite 20 working days having passed since I made the request no response has been received. Section 10(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 requires you to respond to such requests not later than twenty working days after receiving them.

I am therefore requesting an internal review of this request, due to the lack of response.
