I refer to your request for information in which you ask:

I would be grateful if you could provide me with the following
information:

1.         Advertising expenditure to local newspapers (either print or
online) in your borough by year since 2010.

2.         I would be grateful if you could include a breakdown by
newspaper name and or publishing group if possible.

I provide my response within the attached document.

If you are not satisfied with our response to your request, you can ask
for an Internal Review.  Internal review requests should be submitted
within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your original

apply directly to the Information Commissioner (ICO) for a decision. 
Generally, the ICO cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted the
