Dear North Lincolnshire Council,

Notice of Intention to Dispose of Public Open Space
Section 123(2A) Local Government Act 1972
1) Notice is hereby given that North Lincolnshire Council intends to dispose of a parcel of public open space land, which extends to 1324m2 or thereabouts and forms The Eastoft Community Playground which abuts Sampson St and Donville Rd, Eastoft.

2) Notice is hereby given that North Lincolnshire Council intends to dispose of an area of land forming part of the Warley Rd, Scunthorpe Playing Fields for an easement for a sewer diversion.

With regards to the above notices, as advertised in the Scunthorpe Telegraph of 16th August 2023, I would be grateful if you could provide me with a copy of the plans which show the areas of land affected.

I emailed the contact address given in the notice on 17th August 2023 but have received no response.
