CITY OF DONCASTER COUNCIL
NOTICE BY HIGHWAY AUTHORITY OF INTENTION TO APPLY TO MAGISTRATES’ COURT FOR AN ORDER UNDER SECTION 116 OF THE HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 FOR STOPPING UP OF A HIGHWAY
Notice is hereby given that application will be made to the Magistrates’ Court sitting at College Road, Doncaster on the 26th June 2024 at 10.00 a.m. for an Order that a section of the highway situated at the Farm Access off the A638 at Hampole Grange Farm,
Hampole, Brodsworth, Doncaster, DN6 7EW shall be stopped up as more particularly specified in the Schedule to this notice.
Reference: PO440
With regards to the above notice, as published in the London Gazette of 29th May 2024, I am looking to obtain a copy of the plan which shows the area of land affected.

The information I am looking for is not available via the given link. I believe a stopping up application would most likely be a Highways or a Legal matter.
