Dear Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency,

Under the freedom of information act can you please provide adverse reaction outcomes to the new covid 19 vaccines being rolled out. There is nothing available in real time here in the UK. Could this information be available to the public as the vaccine rollout is ongoing rather than at a later date.

Yours faithfully,

S. Pitcher

I have personally exchanged emails with the MHRA Yellow Card Service, Customer Service and Complaints teams seeking C-19 vaccine ADR data since 22 December 2020. I have also emailed the MHRA Board members and the Minister that oversees the MHRA, Lord Bethell and still not ADR's published.

They are clearly hiding something.

Dear A. Johnstone,

Thank you for posting this information, it is a serious concern to me that true informed consent is not being given at all through lack of information provided.

If there is nothing to hide, I'm sure they would be most obliging.

Thank you again for your input.

Yours Sincerely,

S Pitcher
