Name of Centre
RQIA Registered number of service users
Number of Service Users attending
Number of service hours provided
Number of Full time Equivalent Personnel
Number of outreach hours provided where relevant but only to daycentre users
Please provide this information for January 2020, March 2020, April 2020, May 2020, June 2020, July 2020 (planned), August 2020 (planned)

Thank you for your email.

 

During the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, corporate services were reduced
to allow priority to be given to managing the pandemic and this meant that
staff from the Information Governance Department were released to support
frontline services.

 

As we are now past the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are refocussing
our efforts to bring these vital corporate services back on line.  This
will  however, take time due to the backlog of work and the gradual/phased
return of staff to the Information Governance Department.  Please be
assured that your request will be processed, and we will do our utmost to
respond as quickly as possible, however given the circumstances, we would
anticipate that there may be some delay in responding to your request for
information.

 

We do appreciate your patience during these exceptional circumstances.
