Dear Westminster City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Westminster City Council's handling of my FOI request 'Adult Social Services policies and procedures'.

My FOI request asked about particular documents, including the date that they were last reviewed and the date that a review was due.

In your response you do not seem to have answered those questions in relation to the three docouments listed.

Instead you have provided a completely different document.

Could you clarify whether this new document replaces in their entirety all three of the documents that I requested information upon?

If this is the case, then can I ask the same questions about this document including the date that it is due for formal review.

Can I ask how a member of the public will know that this new document has been updated? Could it be placed on your external, publicly accessible website instead of just being available to staff via the intranet?

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/a...

Yours faithfully,

Peter C. Bell
