Dear Mr Read

Thank you for your request submitted under the Freedom of Information Act.

As of the 01/04/2019 the Borough of Poole has merged with Bournemouth
Borough Council and Christchurch Borough Council to form a new Authority
BCP Council.

Can we please ask you to confirm if you require information just for
Poole, or do you require information for Bournemouth and Christchurch as
well, so that we can send you just one response with three lots of
information.

Kind regards
