2 What percentage of undisputed NHS third party contract invoices for disabled adult social care were paid within 30, 60, 90 days or longer between 2017/2018 financial year?

3 What percentage of invoices are/were disputed for NHS third party contracts for disabled adult social care between 2017/2018 financial year or remain outstanding?

4 What are the top 3 reasons why undisputed invoices are not paid?

5 What action is the government taking to ensure the prompt payment policy is being adhered to by all public sector bodies?

6 Can you please name all disabled adult social care NHS contract holders within the North East of England, including the value of the contracts?
