Belinda Puaar,

Dear Mr Wake

In respect of Q9 we request you clarify the term 'average hours' as this
is answered in Q1. Is this a duplicate?

9. The number of service users currently receiving a direct payment within
your local authority as well as the number of average hours per week.

When referring to the average hours per week, can you please confirm what
information you  require, in question 1 you have asked for the average
hours of private domiciliary care provider so what average hours are
requesting information on.

If you can let me have your advises at your earliest convenience please.

Kind regards

Belinda Puaar
