1. Who is the current supplier of this system and what is the system’s name? The supplier is Northgate and the system is Swift.
2. At what date did you start using the current system, and what was the previous IT system? We started using the Swift in 2001 and the previous IT system was an in-house system from Lancashire County Council.
3. When is the system due for renewal? 1st April 2015.
4. How much is the total cost of the contract p.a. (including support and maintenance)? The cost for the last annual review was £55,000 for the entire system.
5. Have you retained a legacy system for data archive purposes? No.
