Subject: Adult Social Care and Ethical Care Charter

Your request is being considered and you will receive a response within
the statutory timescale of 20 working days, subject to the application of
any exemptions. Where consideration is being given to exemptions the 20
working day timescale may be extended to a period considered reasonable
depending on the nature and circumstances of your request. In such cases
you will be notified and, where possible, a revised time-scale will be

has now considered your request under the Freedom of Information Act

1. Since signing UNISON's Ethical Care Charter, which stages of the
charter have the council implemented and at what dates?

Stage 1 implemented 2019

Stage 2 implemented 2020

Stage 3 implemented 2020

2. Has your council adopted UNISON's Residential care charter?

The Council has not adopted this but would like to explore this important
charter with Unison

 

3. The list of providers that the council has contracted to provide
domiciliary/home care since 2011, with the accompanying dates.

The Council upgraded its Adult Social Care system in September 2020 so we
are unable to provide a definitive list before this date. Please see below
