Please can you provide the following information?
1. What is the Commissioning arrangement for Adult Domiciliary Care services within the Council area?
2. If the commissioning arrangement is via a framework, please provide details about the start and end dates. of the framework. Do any separate agreements run alongside this e.g Spot or Block Contracts
3. Does the framework open at any other point to allow new providers to join? If so, when was it last opened/closed?
4. What are the hourly rates paid for Adult Domiciliary Care services within the council? Is this expected to change following the fair cost exercise?
5. What is the Council's spend on domiciliary care in the last financial year?
6. How much of this spend is going through a direct payment in the last financial year?
7. Number of individuals receiving Direct Payments for domiciliary care through an agency.
8. Number of individuals receiving direct payments to employ a personal assistant?
9. Does the Council have a preferred provider list of adult domiciliary care services? If yes, please provide the list of the preferred providers and the criteria used to select them.
10. Name and contact details(email and telephone number) of the officer in charge of commissioning of adult domiciliary care services within the council.
11. What is the procedure for market entry for new domiciliary care providers? Does the council require providers to have a CQC rating before we can work with you?
12. Please supply a copy of your most recent market position statement
13. Have any gaps been identified in areas / type of care that the council struggles to fulfil
14. Separate to your framework are you able to join your brokerage list? Or do you have to be on the framework
