I am a postgrad student studying for a MA in Safeguarding Adults: Law, Policy and Practice. Please can you provide both the Full and Executive Summaries for all Serious Case Reviews (SCRs) undertaken in relation to Adult Protection / Adult Safegaudring cases from the last 6 years in your authority.
