Please see attached documents. Please note the staff members list in the
document titled 'Article 21 GDPR' have stated that they do not wish to
receive marketing communications. As such, and in accordance with that
individual’s right to object to processing of their personal data for the
purposes of direct marketing, (Article 21 of the General Data Protection
Regulation) we have attached written notice of their objection.
Please note all personal details of staff below Head of Service level have
been removed, this is to ensure that officer's reasonable expectations of
how their personal data might be processed by the authority are upheld, in
accordance with the first and second data protection principles.
