Adult autistic referral
Dear NHS Haringey Clinical Commissioning Group, I have been trying to get an autistic referral for my brother A Bryan, now for the last three years. I have letters and emails sent to the Bruce Grove medical center on Tottenham High Road, since 2013. Kemi from the Haringey commissioning, informed me that a referral was made to SLAM early March 2016. I contacted SLAM who informed me that no referral was made!
i would like to have information regarding how many referrals for adult autism assessment have been made to NHS Haringey and the outcome of these referral as part of the freedom of information act.
Three years for ONE referral is just far too long
Yours faithfully,
D Bryan
