Admittance of breach of duty of care & questionable training resources

The request was partially successful.

Dear Children and Family Court Advisory Support Service,

Under FOIA please provide me with the information contained in your records as follows:

1. Please supply a complete list of all your knowledge bites and e learning modules on your 'my system learning platform?'

2. How many Cafcass FCA employees have accessed or completed each module and knowledge bite that has been made available?

3. Is it correct that the author who researches and produces these training modules/resources is a qualified librarian holding a masters degree in History?

4.. Is it correct that she does not hold a child protection or social work qualification?

5. Do the courts rely on these FCA's reports that are based on unqualified training resources produced by a person with a Masters in History? Is this really lawful for forming the basis of a child's future.

5. Should quality assurance fail the child in later years, please advise the remedy and recourse that child that Cafcass has breached their statutory duty to promote the safeguarding and well being of the child.

6. Is there is caveat that provides an unequivocal admittance of accountability on Cafcass's part where they have breached their duty of care to children, families, Service users and Carers alike?

7. Are Cafcass employees covered by Cafcass professional indemnity insurance?
a. Whilst currently employed by Cafcass ?
b. Upon leaving Cafcass employment?
c. upon retiring from Cafcass employment?
d. or whilst suspended from duties?

Yours faithfully,

Samantha Kerr
