Dear FOI (ROYAL CORNWALL HOSPITALS NHS TRUST),

Its not difficult, I am not looking for specific breathing difficulties, I am looking for all breathing difficulties.

In fact it would be wonderful if you would provide a breakdown.

Is this possible

George

Dear George,

Thank you for your reply and I do apologise for asking for a clarification
that was not needed. My concern was based on the volume of data that would
be created and more importantly if you wanted something specific within
the request. Our biggest concern as a department is customer service and
helping all requestors to obtain relevant information in a timely manner.

Thank you for your patience I have added your suggested addition of “type”
and we will endeavour to obtain your information as quickly as possible.
