Dear University of Exeter,

Could you please provide me with the following Information:

1) For all undergraduate courses
2) For the prior 3 year period - ideally admissions for 2017, 2018 & 2019, alternatively for 2016, 2017 & 2018
3) Anonymised, summary level data of Number of applications, Number of offers made, Number of acceptances (split between firm and insurance), Number starting the course with qualifications split between GCE A-Level and others and then a breakdown of GCE A-Level grades achieved.

So, for example:

Number of applications - 500
Number of offers made - 450
Number of firm acceptances - 100
Number of insurance acceptances - 50
Number starting course - 120
Qualifications - GCE A-Level 80, Other 40 (reconciles to number starting course)
Breakdown of GCE A-Level (reconciles to the number given in Qualifications): AAA 20, AAB 30, ABB 15, BBB 10, BBC 5

Yours faithfully,

Dear University of Exeter,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of University of Exeter's handling of my FOI request 'Admission Statistics'.

This exact request was made to other Universities and you are alone in being unable to provide an answer - would you like to consider why ? I don't even know what an "Apply Centre" centre is and you have failed to explain.

I have no issue with anonymised data.

Please review if you can consider providing the data as requested.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/a...

Yours faithfully,

Simon Carrion
