1. How many requests has Birmingham CC received pertaining to 'admission of children outside their normal age group' from parents of summer born children regarding entry into reception class at compulsory school age for the school years 2013-2014, 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 respectively?

2. How many of these requests have been granted and how many have been refused by Birmingham CC for the school years 2013-2014, 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 respectively?

3. How many requests are still under consideration for the school year 2015-2016?

2013/14: no requests

2014/15: no requests

2015/16: 5 formal requests for Birmingham schools. 2 granted, 2 refused, 1
pending

Of these requests, one was for a community school for which Birmingham
Local Authority is the admission authority. This request was agreed.
