I have a few questions about the data being requested. Is this for undergraduates or postgraduates? If both, should this data be separated between the two or combined? The request is for data over the last 5 years, is this in total or broken down by year?

Firstly, I would like to apologise for the delay in replying to your
Freedom of Information request.

 

The response to your first two questions are as follows, for all
undergraduates and postgraduates who started at Oriel in the last 5 years.

As for your final question, due to the number of courses and the number of
students involved (many of the courses have only one or two people on
them) releasing such information could allow individuals to be identified
and therefore would breach confidentiality rules, therefore we are unable
to return any data for your final question.

 

Complaints

The College has an internal review procedure. If you are not happy with
our response and wish to appeal the decision, you may request an internal
review by writing to The Office of the Treasurer, Oriel College,  Oxford 
OX1 4EW, explaining your request and your reasons for seeking a review.

If you are then not happy with the outcome of the internal review, you may
then seek an independent review from the Information Commissioner under
the Freedom of Information Act by email or by writing to:
