I refer to your email received on 26 June regarding the above matter.

For your information I work within the Technical Section of the
Insolvency Service and part of my duties is responding to enquiries
related freedom of information and data protection matters.

The Insolvency Service is an Executive Agency of the Department of
Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS), and through its official
receivers', deals with the administration of companies that are wound up
by the courts in England and Wales (compulsory liquidations) and with
the administration of bankruptcy orders made against individuals.

Please see attached document detailing The Insolvency Service's response
to your request.

of the date of this reply. You may do this by writing to Technical
Section, Third Floor, Zone B, 21 Bloomsbury Street, London WC1B 3QW, or

If you disagree with any final decision provided by The Insolvency
Service you can refer this matter to the Information Commissioner. He
may be contacted at ICO, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire
SK9 5AF. Generally the Information Commissioner does not accept
referrals until a matter has been fully dealt with through The
Insolvency Service's own internal review or complaints procedure.

Details of the services of the Information Commissioner can be found at:
www.ico.gov.uk

I enclose for your further information a link to our leaflet entitled
