2. Please supply copies of your information leaflets that explain Social Work Services users rights and information on consent for those considered to have average intellect and understanding of english.

3. When were these published? If there are none, please state this.

Response:

In accordance with Section 17(1)(b) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, Dumfries and Galloway Council can confirm that it does not hold the information requested as we do not have these documents. We are in the process of developing a procedure re people who appear to have capacity to consent but place themselves at risk; however, it has not been signed off yet for the public domain.
